Qingdao Sungwon Group was established in 2005, with a staff of over 300 people. It commits itself to an international trade platform for fashion jewelry industry and aims at building Qingdao "The Capital of International Fashion Jewelry", integrating resources of this industry and making contribution to jewelry industry of China. |

| According to requirements of developing a complete fashion jewelry industry system, Sungwon Group sets up 21 subsidiaries and operations which are grouped into six functional centers. Production, Marketing, Merchandising, R&D, Training, Information all here in the corporate framework receive management and control from the head office. The head office is composed of HR Department, Logistics Department, Auditing Department, and Financial Department. At present, the group has started the systematic program titled New Jewelry World, thus all its business will adapt well to market rules, and eventually establish a healthy system of fashion jewelry industrial chains for sustainable development. |

| To adapt to the extensive shift of global jewelry industry and develop the program of New Jewelry World that can drive the global fashion jewelry industry into a new era, Sungwon Group systematically and reasonably planned the five elements of information, training, R&D, production, marketing, and has laid out 1.6 billion Yuan to accomplish corresponding projects. In the year 2005, the group invested 544 million Yuan to build Qingdao International Arts & Crafts City which is the largest and functionally best-appointed marketplace in Northern China, dedicated to centralized fashion jewelry product launch and internatinal trade. It can respectfully compete with the Namdaemun Fashion Jewelry Market in Seoul. Other projects are under developing, including the 165-acre New Jewelry World Industrial Base with an investment of 1 billion Yuan, International Precious-Metal Jewelry R&D Base and bonded logistic warehouses that are planned to cover 5.8 acres, Sungwon Jewelry Research Institute which will be jointly founded with Silla University, a university well-known for its fashion jewelry education. There are also International Craft & New Jewelry World Guide, Qingdao International Arts & Crafts City Website, Sungwon Jewelry Training School which will be the first one in China. |
