（2）Qingdao International Arts & Crafts City applies Tax Filing and Collection Policy. Businesses filing for collection will enjoy a three-year reimbursement commencing the year that the market is launched for business. In first year the payers will be 100% reimbursed district-retained VAT and income tax value.
（3）Wholly foreign owned productive enterprises in business of more than 10 years enjoy benefits of two years’ exemption of income tax from the first year that goes into profit, and reduction of income tax at a half rate from the third year to the fifth year. After the expiry of reduction period, Advanced Technology Enterprises continue to enjoy another three years’ income tax reduction at a half rate and three years’ exemption of local income tax. |
